Ms. Wang graduated from Shenyang University where she majored in polymer science. Prior to being qualified as patent practitioner, she worked in the fields of scientific research (chemical engineering), industrial standardization, indexing and research on industry and technology intelligence.

Ms. Wang is licensed to practice before Chinese Patent Office (SIPO).
